Discover new ways to engage your students in science and the natural world. This fun, hands-on workshop will provide both formal and non-formal educators with activities and lesson plans to help teach the importance and science of water.
Participants will receive the Project WET Activity Guide, which is filled with hands-on interdisciplinary lessons. Cost $20 per person. Workshop is open to formal and non-formal educators, and is geared towards educators of PreK-8th grade. Educators will receive 6.5 Act 48 hours.
Expect to have fun, get moving, and get outside for this workshop. Participants should be prepared for both indoor and outdoor activities, pack a lunch, and bring an extra pair of waterproof boots or shoes to get in the stream.
